It’s just a small step from a crazy idea to reality. We took this step in 2016 when we opened the Three little Birds in Sagres, a small Village at the very end of Europe. The Idea was to do what we love and share it. Good and simple food, great parties and always lots of friends around.

Over the years we attracted some incredible talented people to join us with their superpowers.
So, we grew from just 2 couples to a small family of creative and motivated minds. Baristas, Mixologists, Chefs from all over the world, designers, carpenters, great hosts, and the world’s fastest dishwasher. All blending in, defining what we are today.
Where we are going?
Nobody knows! But it doesn’t really matter. All that matters is that we go together, have fun along the way, learn new things and grow.
